Inventions/Innovations

 

  These slides summarize and give explains on the difference between inventions and innovations. Inventions are new ideas that are patented by the U.S. government and Innovations are the way people build of an invention. The slides stated that in order for an invention to be copywritten or sold to consumers it had to be patented by the U.S. government. In one of the slides is gives and example on how Henry Ford made a manufacturing assembly line to build the cars that men like Verbiest and Niepce invented. Henry Ford gave a new look on innovation giving that a car can be made in fifteen minutes no problem. Innovations enhance inventions making them go hand in hand.
