Catapult Reflection

Throughout the project I used the design process. When i was picking a design it became difficult because many of the designs were very similar. When i did step two we needed to find a catapult that was capable of shooting a small ball in a hoop from different distances. The constraints were only using a hot glue and wood glue, 15 craft sticks( able to use actual wood pieces) and a rubber band. the problem was be able to put all of this together in my project and meet the time constraints. FOR MOST OF MY CATAPULT I USED HOT GLUE BECAUSE IT WOULD DRY FASTER AND MY CATAPULT WASN'T VERY LARGE. When collecting the data it was clear that the 3 point line was a difficult line for my catapult. the 2 point line wasn't as difficult but still hard for my catapult. The catapult worked best at the 1 point line because it was so small that didn't help my project. In the end i would have changed the height of the catapult because it was very hard to shoot with.
